The authors have many years of experience in health and fitness and they have provided routines that are easy to incorporate in a busy day. I went through the books first and appreciated the photos of some very fit men. They’re inspirational. The book focuses on exercise, not nutrition. That’s fine for my husband. He’s diabetic and has his own diet to follow. He’s just interested in an exercise protocol to follow and he’s very pleased that I picked these up for him.
This whole series has been great. I find the way the authors present the information both easy to follow and inspiring. "Super Shoulders: Fired Up Body Series - Vol 4: Fired Up Body" by Paul Martin and William O'Brien, will educate and motivate you! Highly recommended. Five stars.
I've been collecting these wonderful guides when they become available. My husband of course is benefiting. I've been doing them as well and like the noticeable changes in my middle-aged body. Easy to follow: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced stages. Go at your own pace.
I have always had weak shoulders and looking at these power routines makes me think I can finally get the shoulders I need. Really fantastic stuff.
